In February we meet Dave from A Training in Acacia Ridge QLD.

A Training provides quality training to a wide range of industry sectors including mining, construction, maintenance, electrical, health and safety and engineering. These courses are ran for both the general public, as well as onsite for organisations.

Why did you look for administrative help?

Our business was growing to a point I couldn’t get to emails, calendar management, whilst delivering training and managing other responsibilities. I was also looking for my time with my family, time away from work to have spare time for myself and my family.

Do you think the extra expense of paying for administrative help, outweighs the time it would take for you to complete the tasks?

The cost of time with my family is priceless, and you can’t put a price on family time.  The cost of the admin help is very affordable and I’m now able to spend more time with my family or doing things I always wanted to do.  Our business (me included) would be an absolute mess if I didn’t have Kaitlin’s help, thank you so much Kaitlin.

Do you have any tips or suggestions for someone who may be struggling with their administration?

If you’re struggling with admin duties, don’t hesitate, put a few minutes aside and get in touch with Kaitlin, talk to her about what you need, she is extremely helpful and an absolute gem.  A Training is extremely lucky to have Kaitlin on our team.

With burnout on the high these days, and people pushing themselves harder and harder, its not always easy to ask for help. But remember, you aren’t alone and help can always be found.
