This month, is Melissa from Evodia Health.

Evodia Health is an acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and massage practice in the Southern Highlands of NSW. With Melissa’s experience and education, she is able to assist hundreds of patients through pain management, fertility, gut health and so much more.

Her ability to help others means that her patients travel from far and wide, just to see her.

Why did you look for administrative help?

I am an acupuncturist and I was finding it difficult on days I was at the clinic to answer calls and messages and on my days off it did not feel like days off. 

Do you think the extra expense of paying for administrative help, outweighs the time it would take for you to complete the tasks?

Yes, it clears my head to focus on my work and treat people than do 2 jobs at once

Do you have any tips or suggestions for someone who may be struggling with their administration?

Do it, it’s worth it. Do what you have trained to do and let Kaitlin do what she has trained to do. 

You aren’t alone, it is totally okay to step back from admin to allow you to step up more for the brunt of our business.
