For March, lets meet Brendan from Integrated Contracting Services in Sydney NSW.

Integrated Contracting Services (ICS) are reputable business offering building management, maintenance, and projects to large commercial and strata businesses across the whole of Sydney.

Why did you look for administrative help?

Our business is very full on, with lots of moving parts and things to be actioned. This, combined with me being so time-poor myself just didn’t work. I did not have enough time to do keep up with and do everything that was required. 

Do you think the extra expense of paying for administrative help, outweighs the time it would take for you to complete the tasks?

Absolutely, there is no questions on this at all. It has freed up so much of my time and allowed me to focus on the other areas of the business. It has also allowed for business growth by allowing me this extra time and showing clients we are responsive and reliable.

Do you have any tips or suggestions for someone who may be struggling with their administration?

Your systems and processes are a vital key… also call Kaitlin haha

Business growth can be just as important as maintaining a workable load. But being able to grow a business means allowing time to search for new business and also still be reliable to current clients. A balancing act all on its own, but you don’t have to do it all yourself.
