Client Profile – October 2022!

This month, my third client profile, is with Meredith from Spring Health.

Spring Health is an acupuncture & herbal medicine clinic in Ballarat Central VIC, specialising in women’s health, IVF support, natural fertility, autoimmune disorders, digestive conditions, pain conditions and chronic disease management. Meredith and her husband Bai treat thousands of patients both in VIC and interstate!

Why did you look for administrative help?

I was struggling to keep up with the volume of calls to operate and manage our business in between running our practice.  I was also looking for expertise in admin support so as to have a well-managed reception point, that is person centered, well organised, patients are responded to in a timely manner and that I also have the support to ask and bounce ideas to generate a seamless front house delivery – Kaitlin’s Administration far exceeds all of these aspects to support our business, we absolutely love having Kait on board as part of our team, we couldn’t now function without her!
